Studio Policy
All appointments require a credit card and/or deposit to hold your appointment.
Cancellation policy
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, accidents happen,
people get sick, and emergencies occur. We will do our best to accomodate these rare occasions with understanding and grace.
48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment requiring less than (1) hour.
A cancellation fee in the full amount of the service total will be charged to the card on file
when 48 hour notice is not given.
This applies to: Traditional Makeup services, Tinting, Brow Sculpting, & Cleanup services.
72 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment requiring (1 - 1/2) hour.
A cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file when 72 hour notice is not given
This applies to: Lash Lifts, Dermaplaning facial treatments,
Makeup Lessons, and Airbrush/ Photographic Makeup services.
96 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment requiring (2) or more hours.
A cancellation fee in the full amount of the service total will be charged to the card on file
when 96 hour notice is not given.
This applies to: 3D Brow (Microblading) services.
No call /No show will result in the full amount of the service total being charged to the card on file.
No refunds or credits will be issued towards future services. Rescheduling fees will be assessed.
Gift Certificates will be declared void.
Studio Cancellation Procedures– [Short Version]
Studio services are by appointment, and must be held on a credit card to reserve the appointment.
Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations of reserved service(s).
Unfortunately, late cancellations will result in a charge equal to the reserved service amount and/or loss of deposits.
Less than 48 hour notice, late arrival, or a ‘No Call/ No Show’ for service times less than 1 hour,
will result in a charge to your card equal to the reserved service amount.
Gift Certificates will be declared void.
Please provide at least 72 hours notice of cancellation for the following skincare and beauty services
(requiring 1 -1 1/2 hours) to avoid penalties:
Dermaplaning, Lash Lift, Makeup Lessons & (Airbrush) Applications.
Unfortunately, late arrival will result in cancellation of treatment sessions and/or reduced service and treatment time.
Late cancellations will result in a charge to your credit card equal to the reserved service amount and/or loss of deposits.
Microblading 3D Brows:
Requires a non-refundable minimum deposit of 50% of the service fee at time of scheduling.
Requires a cancellation notice (96) hours prior to scheduled service date to avoid penalty.
Failure to cancel your 3D Brow appointment in the required time, will result in the loss of your deposit.
Re-scheduling will require the (Non-refundable) full payment of the service prior to re-scheduling.

Our COMPLETE Policy & Cancellation Procedures
In advance of the explanation of our studio policy- Post Covid, we thank you for your patience, understanding and your cooperation in following our cancellation policy revised to help keep you safe and healthy when you schedule your next service with us. The adjusted schedule allows time for us to disinfect between appointments and maintain social distancing between our clients. It also allows us the time to inform guests on our waiting list of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
Your appointments are very important to Ursula’s About Phace™ Studio, it is reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations of reserved service(s).
Less than 48 hour notice, late arrivals, or a ‘No Show’ will result in a charge to your credit card equal to the reserved service amount.
Protect Our Guests
All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provide the best quality and excellent service for our established and future clientele. At any given moment, guests are waiting on a cancellation list for appointments. And as a Private Service Provider, Ursula is generally booked well in advance, especially for the ‘Lunchtime: 11am-2:30 pm,’ ‘After-work:4 pm-6 pm,’ and Saturday appointments. So given this demand, we have to enforce our policy to protect those who are eagerly waiting for their appointments.
Grace & Exceptions
We understand that accidents happen, people get sick and/or emergencies occur. We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with understanding and grace.
Cancellations are accepted via voice mail, text message or email. We do not accept cancellation via social media platforms.
The 48-hour, 72-hours, and 96 hour cancellation notice still apply.
Protects You, Other Guests, & Our Service Providers
Please understand if a guest is late, it doesn't allow us the complete time needed to properly disinfect before the next guest arrives. If a guest doesn’t show up for their appointment, or cancels with little, or no notice, this doesn’t leave an opportunity for the service provider to book another appointment for that missed service time.
Our Policy for Brides
A 50% non-refundable down payment is due at the time of reservation and some packages may include additional fees.
All Wedding Party & Bridal service appointment cancellations will need to be made 90 days before the scheduled appointment date(s).
Retail Purchases: Only Un-opened, un-used retail items may be returned for full refund, within 30 days of the original purchase date when accompanied by Original receipt.

Does Ursula’s About Phace™ share information?
No. Your personal information is being provided only to Ursula’s About Phace™ unless we specifically state otherwise. We will not disclose your personally identifiable information to any person or company except where you have given us permission to do so or if the law requires it, or where in good faith Ursula’s About Phace™ believes such action is necessary to comply with a legal process.
What about cookies?
We do not use cookies to: Collect any personally identifiable information without your express permission.
Choice/opt-out
If you would like to be removed from our database, please let us know. If you wish to stop receiving the Ursula’s About Phace™ newsletter via our mailing lists, please use the unsubscribe link in an email from each list.
Children
Ursula’s About Phace™ is not structured to attract children. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under 18 years of age.
